Hestia Works has successfuly completed acqusition of a EUR40mm shopping center on behalf of aAIM Deutschland. The transaction involved purchase of an existing shopping center near Dresden with strong tenants such as Kaufland, Norma, C&A, as well as a development angle where additional 4,000m2 of space would be created.

January 2007

Hestia Works Ltd has signed a logn term consultancy agreement with aAIM Group Ltd to assit in development of their German property portfolio. Masha Almazova was assigned as an in-house consultant to the group.

Hestia Worka performed full project management and administration, all building works, sourcing of materials and furniture, and liaisons with the local council and managing agents on the dvelopment in the Cadogan Square

Hestia Works completed a full refurbishment of this two-bedroom appartment in the heart of London. which it had recently acquired. The original flat was completely demolished and the new unique layout incorporated additional bathroom, larger reception and dining room, open plan kitchen, walk-in wardrobe, en-suite jacuzzi bathroom, etc.
