Due to an extensive network built over a number of years Hestia Works is able to tap into various channels to assist clients in their corporate developments. Our services include but are not limited to:

Since 2008 Hestia Works has secured a number of successful mandates including near successful equity raising for Chicago Spire development and a long term contractual partnership arrangement with IndusView Advisors Ltd therefore expanding our expertise into India.
In 2009 Hestia Works and IndusView assisted Eredene Capital in fund raising for the new Eredene Infrastructure Fund II. We were engaged by an Indian developer to assist the group in property financing and preparation of the marketing materials for their exclusive 380m tall tower in Mumbai. We assisted a famous cricketer in preparation of the documentation for his development in Granada, Caribbean and in sourcing the appropriate co-investors. We have also agreed a number of corporate introductions mandates with hedge funds and global brands.
