Hestia Works Ltd was founded in 2006 by Masha Almazova and Dr. Natalia Almazova with an initial focus on property developments in the UK and Russia. However, the market trends and existing sophisticated network allowed us to expand our primary focus to encompass brokerage of commercial properties and corporate consultancy services across the globe.
Since inception, Hestia Works completed a number of successful real estate transactions in the UK, Germany and Russia with a total volume of over EUR120mm. In 2007, Hestia Works was exclusively contracted by aAIM - a UK based investment firm backed by Bank of Scotland - to assist in the development of their German presence. We completed a EUR40mm acquisition of a shopping center and created a EUR640mm pipeline of commercial deals.
Since 2007 until present day Hestia Works utilizes its truly global network to advise clients wishing to raise capital for their private equity/hedge funds, real estate transactions or corporate ventures. We have had a number of successful mandates in the US , India and the UK . In 2008 Hestia Works secured USD32mm in private commitments and participated in a series of advisory deals ranging from corporate introductions to preparation of due diligence and investment materials and transaction financing.
