Hestia Works Ltd was founded in 2006 with an inital focus on residential developments in the UK. However, the market trends and existing sophisticated network allowed us to shift our primary focus on brokerage of commercial properties and consulting services across Europe.
Since inception, Hestia Works completed a number of succesful transactions in the UK, Germany and Russia with a total volume of over EUR120mm. In 2007, Hestia Works was exclusively contracted by aAIM - a UK based investment firm backed by Bank of Scotland - to assist in the development of their German presence. We completed a EUR40mm acquisition of a shopping center and created a EUR640mm pipeline of commercial deals..
In the last two years, we have established a number of prominent relationships on both buy and sell side, as well as with a number of financing institutions.
